Addiction, in and of itself, is not necessarily a problem. Many people are addicted to all kinds to things ... even working. While work addictions can lead to problems you rarely hear about it because those problems are not monetary in nature.
I prefer the term "problem gambling" over addiction. When a gambling addiction leads to other problems then it should be treated. Those people who understand they are addicted to gambling and have taken measures to keep it under control are just fine.
Rather than chastising valden, who you know little about I think you should first be happy for them for enjoying a nice vacation that many people can only dream about. It sure doesn't sound like person with a gambling problem.

Hmmm, first post and a link to an adiction website.....close to spam. Kind of a crude way to get advertising for a website. You Go Get'em Valden!!! 10/6 JOB....progressive or not, that would be a great game! A true positive expectation JOB! I thought those were history.

Interesting bit of spam indeed.I don't think it's fair to detract from valden's topic, so I am going to move the responses to this thread and start a new one for the original subject.
