Download double-double bonus

Have installed auto hold.  When tell me to click activex control 'Shockwave player', nothing happens.What am I doing wrong.

While I can't directly support problems with the Shockwave software, I'll try to help.
 
I would try the following:
 
1) Uninstall the Adobe Shockwave player in control panel > add/remove programs
2) Close all your browser windows
3) Get the latest version of the Shockwave Player at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/ 
4) Also make sure you have the latest version of the Flash player at http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer 
5) Game time?

Webman, sometimes a user has more than one program running Shockwave and he decides to delete one program, not realizing that some windows apps delete Shockwaveentirely along with the program. It just takes a minute to re-install and as it is constantly being updated it makes sense to update anyway.
