Strategy - Multiline vs. Single
Is the same strategy used for single/triple hand poker as 50 plus hands? I seem to do much better on triple hand vs 100 hand poker. (DDB)

Your strategy remains the same regardless of how many lines played. If you were playing 100 play DDB, this is 100 lines based on a single line at the bottom. Base your multiple line play on advantage, not luck.

One thing to keep in mind on multi-line games is the dealt cards have a much bigger impact on your results over the same number of hands played. Not too difficult to understand that 100 hands of 100-play is based on a single deal and if those cards are bad your results will likely be bad as well.
So, while a million hands of single play will almost always get you reasonably close to an expected return, that is not the case for 100 play where only 10K deals are involved and you might not even see 4RF once.

very true and no fpdw multiline games the best "deal" is 50 play 9/6 job 5c,10c at harrahs laughlin nv to keep diamond card. although they have dollar nsud players have more varience then job to "run off points" . the ev if you play 11,000 base points x$10 per point $110,000 coin in expected loss $506. Players will get over $100 bbc plus rooms and flight comped plus other comps in vegas. I play my points there then play fpdw at colorado belle and riverside and i stay at rio in vegas and play fpdw at palms. at the best games at any harrahs casinos are 8/5 job -2.5% ev no thanks

I'll be in Laughlin at Harrah's for a couple of days. I can find info on vpFree for the Video Poker, but does anyone know anything about good $5 Blackjack there?

First trip to Laughlin and looking forward more to that jaunt than the overall trip to Vegas! We'll probably just cruise the river and try to check out as many of the casinos as we can unless we strike gold somewhere along the waterway.

Cruise the river? You're talking about maybe a mile from one end to the other. Check out River Palms downstairs in the Winners Wharf. Bunch of old machines with coin acceptors but many are positive return paytables and doesn't take much to earn comps there.(owned by Tropicana group however)5C,10C,25C,50C and $1 denoms MG. No MD machines downstairs except for a couple of banks away from the wharf area. Couple of banks upstairs too but the paytables aren't as strong. Win Big or win a hat!

We didn't get on the river taxis nor did we rent one of the jetskis water was WAY TOO COLD for me to get near it! We just drove where we wanted to go. I wish I'd seen your post before we got to Laughlin! We didn't make it to River Palms but it sounds like it might have been the ONE CASINO in Laughlin that had PE nickel VP. I think there was one other one we didn't make it to either but would have to pull up a casino map to recall the name. I would go just about anywhere to win a "Hat"
