$5 and 10$ and $25 VP - 1 or 3 or 5 hands?

Complex question!
 
Am I better off playing 1 hand or 3 or 5?
 
I like to play $5 - $10 and $25 VP  so it's $25, $50 or $125 per hand
 
If I play a 3 hand machine it's now $75, $150 and $525 per hand
I have a $60K bankroll for each evening.
 
Are my odds better playing 1 hand vs 3 or 5?
 
Are my odds better playing hire limits?
 
I like JOB and any game that pays double on a pair.  I'll play a crazy game like double or triple bonus sometimes too.
 
Is there any school of thought on playing 1 vs 3 vs 5 hands?

Yes it's $60K but it's all relative , right?
 
When I hit a $1,200 hand it's just a pain because they have to come over and mark a board.  But if I was playing at a table it could be 100K and it's OK,
 
For high-limit VP players they should raise the limit.  $1,200 is good for a $1 player but I'f I've got $525 in and hit 3 of a kind they have to mark the board each time.  If they don't have clip-board then you have to stop ans wait for the W form.

Back to my question.  Is there a school of thought here as to 1 vs 3 vs 5 hands.  And does play or odds change as you go from $5, $25, $125, $525 per hand?

To answer your initial question. The payback is the same no matter how many hands are involved or what denomination is involved for the SAME paytable. The paytable is the first element of success when it comes to VP. The better the paytable the better a player will be do over time.
 
The second element of success is the strategy. Learning how to play correct strategy using one of the many VP software programs will improve your results as well.
 
You're off to a good start by asking questions.

The main difference is that when you play lesser coins per hand you are passing up the whopping percentage difference on the 5-coin Royal.
 
As far as marking the board goes, I also play at lot at higher denoms and if you cannot get a monitor then what I do is try to find several unoccupied machines. Then rather than wait I simply keep switching back and forth. If you select time of day, such as very early in the morning, this is usually not a problem in a high limit area.
 
However.....If I am running through more than $600-$700K per session then I fully expect a monitor, or at least to share one with several other players. If your casino will not do this you are at the wrong casino!
 
If you have a $60K bankroll and play multiple weekly sessions then you should have the host's cell # and personal e-mail addy at hand. If you don't, you are at the wrong casino! The high limit host is the person to fix the monitor problem. The board should be set up to all you do is initial, the attendant turns the key, you keep playing. It should be a 90-second stop, tops.
 
I have found several high limit players who would have many more casino amenities if they had simply asked or made someone aware of their presence.
 
N-E-V-E-R play high limit for extended sessions without first taking the time to get a board set up. Otherwise it is maddening.
 
Also.....even at high denoms the casinos still play the ole switcheroo game on paytables. Find the machines with the best tables or go somewhere else. At high denom levels it is definitely worth it to go to several casinos to find the best tables. The difference in a 9-6 and an 8-6 is $125 per full house at the $25 level, and it is comparable on flush and straight.

They did setup a board for me last time at Mandalay Bay and I'm going back there in a few weeks.  Not all casinos will do this for a $400,000 a day player,
 
I'll be there for 3 days and hope I hit a few jackpots and get good action from a few machines.
 
My coin-in is only $400,000 a day beacause I also like to play craps and BJ.
 
As for a host; I guess I have a good one as my air from NY, suite and food are all paid for.
 
My wife plays the same way I do and will be with me also, but she only plays VP.  She;s about $300,000 a day.
 
If based on what everyone is saying here is right, it does not matter if I play one hand or ten hands or 100 hands at a time.
 
I always look for the best pay tables.
 
There was a duces wild 100 hand machine I played once that was just great.  It was so exciting.  At $500 a pop it's not cheap but the action was amazing.  The pay table was the worst but I still won in the end.
 
I guess sometimes it's just luck.
 
Been playing VP for about 20 years and all in all I'm up quite a bit.
 
Thes new multi-hand games are fun.
