Any of the software packages can handle this game. The payback is real close to 97%. This is essentially a low paying version of NSU Deuces. I think vpgenius.com would also handle this paytable.

This paytable is commonly known as Colorado Deuces. It's payback percentage using perfect strategy, where two pairs are held because full houses pay back the same as quads, is only 96.77%. This game should be avoided if possible. It's unfortunate that many casinos use this pay schedule for deuces wild. Keep in mind that this pay schedule only returns  $96.77 for every $100 played through on average. So, unless you're lucky and hit deuces or a royal early you will most probably lose at a fast pace. A couple years ago I dropped $4000 on a 10-play/25-cent machine at an indian casino in Arizona in less than 4 hours with this pay schedule. Fortunately for me that beating made me wise up and start learning what games to look for and what pay schedules to play. I've found that most of the same casinos that have Colorado Deuces as their best deuces pay schedule also have Double Double Bonus with 8-5 Supertimes, 9-5, and sometimes even 9-6 with higher denominations (games which return between 98-99% on average.) I recommend learning the strategies with higher returning games that are available to you and you'll make your bankroll last much longer.
