Strategy - Looking for system
I once read a video poker expert's system where he used doubling his bet as a means of increasing his odds but I cannot find the system again. I would love to get the details on the system so if anyone knows anything about it please let me know. Basically, he would start at $1 machines and put so many credits into it, if that didn't give him a return he would go up to $2 machines and so on until he reached his daily expected return. Does anyone know anything about this system???? Please help! Thanks!

Yes, it's worthless. In VP every hand is independent, therefore NO betting system can change the expected return. There have been many betting systems proposed over the years and none of them have stood the test of time.
The only strategy that has lasted is one based on mathematics. That is, you try to maximize the results of every hand by keeping the cards that give you best return for the hand. This is called expert play and is used by the top video poker players.
