Ever Listen To That Little Voice In Your Head?

Post by Eduardo »

Mine says "tacos tacos tacos" and every time I listen, it does me good. Of course my stomach sometimes follows it with "bathroom bathroom bathroom" and it is good to listen then too.

This also has helped me in video poker play. One time I was playing and the little voice said "put in another $20." I did it and I got a quad. Thanks little voice!

What about all of you? Does that little voice help you out in a bind? Or am I the only one with voices? What? No, I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to the people on the forum. Yes. Okay, please let them answer. Yes, I understand, stop distracting.

Okay, go ahead everyone. I have to run watch some Magnum PI re-runs.

The little voices are to blame for everything.  They sometimes even cause people to write about them. Like they are something special.   I have disobeyed mine  on numerous ocassions, like when they tell me to bring mayhem upon the VP machine glass .  My little voice from the other room is calling right now, best obey!

Just got to love those voices in your head. My sounds like Bozo the clown wizard of vp instead of Magnum PI.
The guy you are referring to though does have alot of empty space in his head for voices to echo off of and bouce around.
Put his brain in a bird and it would fly backwards.

Why only last week, I heard voices. I purchased four cards at our local upscale half price card shop. Two for b'days and two for graduations. CARDS, QUADS and a PAIR OF DEUCES said nothing about casinos to me until the bill came to $7.77 and screamed "GREEKTOWN! YOU GO!" I was happy to get my lucky machine soon after arriving  and had some luck before losing. Fortunately, the voices have been good to me at other times.

Little voice story. Long ago and far away. (AC Hilton) Wife, I and a couple we knew were staying for 3 days there. On the first day I was playing a 3 coin Double Diamond $1 Slot. ( Before the little voices told me to play VP) Was up some $400 bucks when I turned in.
Next morning (5AM) little voice said  "go play that machine it is going to hit the 3 DDs".  Woke my friend up and told him we need to go play. He questioned my sanity and so, I dared not tell him about the little voice. When he and his wife showed up at 6:30, I was happily sitting in front of that machine waiting for my $2500 hand pay. I'm sure there have been other "little voice" times, I'll have to crawl into the Way Back Machine.

I think The Little Voice is real - a recording inside the machine that turns on (ver-r-r-r-y softly!) whenever credits drop to zero.  The site people have also put it inside the game code for contests:  "just on-n-n-n-e more session...."

The Little Voice once convinced me to make an unplanned trip to a local casino on a day when they were "giving away" () sets of 4 ceramic coasters.  Nice ones, with a card suit on each one.   Ended up paying $100 per suit so that I could have a complete set.  I use those as the guest coasters; too expensive for day-to-day use.

On another occasion I offered a friend a choice for her birthday present - a new TV for her bedroom, or a trip to a local casino.  The Little Voice spoke to both of us at the same time.  After our session, as we sat in their snack shop checking to see if we had enough pocket change between us to split a hot dog she turned to me and announced, "I changed my mind!  I want the TV!" (true story)

Eduardo, you've got another Vegas trip coming up, right?  Is this one for a few days?  Decided on a strategy to play?

Don't need strategy when you got voices in your head.
Charles Manson had voices in his head, still does.
That is the TRUTH. Ha,ha.

I can't see Eduardo etching a cross in his forehead though oej. I heard a little voice once, took an alka seltzer and it went away. Something about tacos I guess.

Yes, trip coming up. I'm going back to my square one approach. Super Times Pay for $100 then all full pay deuces the rest of the trip. My goal is to bring my lifetime gambling total back to zero since I am down just a little. Or better, of course.  My other goal is to hit my first royal. I will be happy accomplishing either of these goals, and if I hit a royal I will almost certain accomplish both.
