I've reached "all-star" status...

Post by damule »

My life is now complete. RS has practically dedicated a whole article to me this time. While I spend most of my time during the day living a pretty normal life, busy with my career and trying to earn a fair living, the author of the vp truth website is obsessed with me and my video poker trivials.

I swear to you all that although I've played over a million dollars per year through video poker machines, it is a mere form of entertainment and a hobby for me. Mean while, this guy just obsesses over my opinions and those of many of us on this board.

Some of his statements in this week's article are just so priceless. He takes so much out of context and just twists things to fit his parameters. Even though, I don't feel a rebutal is even needed here, I do feel I need to address one underlying hypothesis of Rob's, that I am a hypocite.

Yes, I am a seven stars player through Harrahs. I earned that with my RNG experiment I conducted last year as many of you read about on this website. I did this through Harrahs because their point system allows easy tracking of your play. Prior to last year and starting again next year, I will be no higher than a Diamond player again. And this is only to take advantage of Harrah's generous comp system and to have a nearby casino to earn points towards Vegas through. I have stated numerous times that I am an "advantage player" looking for and playing almost exclusively games which have a near or over 100% return for higher limits at casinos such as the Palms, Stations, Coast, and now the M Resort. And, by no means, is video poker a way to make a living for me, it is a way to relax. Some people like to burn through cash with depeciating purchases such as automobiles or other psuedo-collectables, I like to burn through cash with video poker. Last year, I lost over $40,000 through Harrah's, but I did win over $20,000 in other casinos. I've had years that I've lost more, I've had years that I've won. This year I'm up a few thousand, but who cares. For me it's a way to get away from real life. I don't gamble the mortgage or the electric bill. I have a beautiful home in one of the nicest suburbs of Phoenix and I have several newer cars. I don't deprive my family from anything, vacations, going out to dinner, etc. I have a gaming bankroll and it does not infringe on my lifestyle one bit. I also sports bet college and pro football at an advantage level as a hobby on the weekends in the fall and winter as a form of entertainment and relaxation, but again this is from my gaming bankroll.

I had some respect for RS awhile back, but that is now lost. He thinks he knows me, but he does not. I believe that I am what he wishes he was. He's the addict, he's the hypocrite, he's the reflection.

Thats because you are a hypocrite mule! Many forum users know how delusional this guy is. Too bad his shills don't get it. The sad part is, for the 25K or so forum users registered, there's bound to be someone who's gonna want that "beat the system" scheme (scam). He's there to offer it and too often, they fail to see past the smoke and mirrors. If such a system were so foolproof, why would the casinos even bother to keep VP machines in house? Anyways, nice to see another get beat up because rs wants what you have. Carry on Mule!

That article was good for a few yuk-yuk's.    Written in his usual hit-and-run style aimed at getting the attention of casual readers.  For anyone who follows him regularly it was good for just a few more eye rolls.

People have written on several occasions about how his ranting and raving (um, "tough talk") is a projection of the inner him.  Maybe he can't afford counselling and gets that stuff out by writing.

He also needs to begin closing his articles on his own play with, "...then I woke up!", or, "...then I lived happily ever after!"

He has just admitted to being a drunk with only one shirt. Having no family. Wears a combover. Has false teeth and a glass eye. Oh and likes 3 dollar bills?
He also has B.O. that smells like pee.

I guess that is normal for BOZO lying losers on their last leg.
Maybe he will win a phantom million bucks soon with the always sure to hit quad aces.
That is how I see his lie progessing.

" Luckily, in the case of vp.com anyway, very few eyes see their BS, and even fewer care."
Er... Guess he is one of the fewer.

There is an easy solution for the silly Bozoman.
Open a forumn on his website abd he can be the moderator.
That will never happen because it would have no members to moderate. Haaa Haaaaa ha.

I had some respect for RS awhile back, but that is now lost. He thinks he knows me, but he does not. I believe that I am what he wishes he was. He's the addict, he's the hypocrite, he's the reflection.Darn, damule, congratulations!  You broke my 3-column streak of when he mentioned my screen name!  He knows even less about me than he knows about you, but that still was worth 3 articles??!!  And he thinks writing about this stuff is more worthy than writing about video poker strategy.  Good luck, I'm pulling for you to be in the next 3 columns to break my record. After oej put his finger in silly man's eye discussing here that silly man cannot even hold a non-paying job, the reason silly man gave for no longer being published is that he stuck to his principles and refused to write about video poker strategy.  How honorable is that!  To pretend to be a guru, but never to write about strategy except when he is continually dissing the strategies of others.  Doesn't bashing others' strategies count as strategy itself?  After all, that's primarily what his strategy was.  Oh, I forgot; for a second, I tried to extrapolate based on his statements as if they were actually true.  Maybe there was a different reason that he no longer is published?  Ya think??Damule, I don't think silly man will lose too much sleep because you no longer respect him.  Just as he never wrote for the money, it's clear to many people that he didn't write to gain respect either.  Just read the words sometimes! On another note, no matter how much anyone wants to pay me, I'm going to stick to my guns and not write here about 11-dimensional string theory, quantum physics, how to conjugate verbs in Mandarin Chinese, or the versatility of Vegemite in Australian cuisine.  Of course, that's because I don't know anything about these items.  Oh...did we stumble upon the real reason he is no longer published?!?  Maybe he wanted to quit before more people caught on that he just doesn't know that much about strategy.  Maybe he simply could have taken a  pay cut so that he could maintain his edge that he is published by someone.  He could have offered to pay them to publish the column.Damule, I apologize in advance if this post causes silly man to once again focus his puny guns on me instead of you.  But who knows, he could mention both of us.  He obviously has room in his column for a couple paragraphs since he has little else of substance to rant about...and certainly nothing about video poker strategy.

That is not true, he also talks about vacation. A lot. Life isn't all about video poker you know, and the world is obviously very interested about his personal life, not winning at video poker and improving their play with actual strategy. He is probably considering renaming his site truthnotaboutvpbutmoreimportantlyme.com

What did you eat for breakfast... really? Eggs? I am captivated!

In fact since I can't learn a thing abotu strategy from his writings, that is one of the main reasons I read his stuff. Find out where he is going to be visiting and make sure i plan my trip somewhere else.

You're right.  I guess taken in that light, he reminds me of the dad in the recent Verizon commercial twittering, "I'm on the patio!"
