Las Vegas traffic cameras

Post by Tedlark »

Oh great, I just rediscovered the traffic cameras in Las Vegas. A few years ago I would just watch them for a little while when I needed a little taste of Las Vegas. How sad am I?

For those that want to get a look go to the city of Las Vegas's web site.

Ted, U are a sad individual! Several LV websites offer cam views of the city. You logon to view the city. I log on to LV Advisor everyday to read news about LV. I also read the LV review-journal from time to time. And i live in Ca!

I also read the LVRJ Ed. Lets just say that I haven't had much of a social life lately. One time I was watching the traffic cams and I saw a rear end accident happen right on the Strip.

Once warmer weather gets here I've resolved to get out more. Maybe go for a walk in the park and feed the ducks.

Don't look for warmer weather too soon. We're getting more snow today/tonight and then I'm sending it down to Ted. Now we won't feel left out after the mid-atlantic got their dumping.

Hey Cat do you know what kind of "Art Films" are shown at the Bijou Theater here in Chicago? Suffice it to say that you won't find many feminists sitting in the audience, lol...   Maybe some feminines though.

Not that there's anything wrong with that of course.

Shadow my town got over 8 inches so far today and its not supposed to stop until tomorrow morning. Please send some marie's way would ya?

Looked like she was getting hit last night. We ended up with 8-9" and now the wind is blowing it all around.

On the bright side the groundhog did see his shadow which means only 6 more weeks of winter.

Yes, Ted and SM, Marie's area got plenty of snow, too. It's SO beautiful! Kids and teachers are happy with snow days (school closings)! Highways were clear and dry returning from Windsor today. Kudos to those road crews! Yesterday, on the way down I 75, we passed countless accidents, tow trucks, police and emergency vehicles. Tomorrow, I pick up b'day gifts, and other increased comps at MGM, Motorcity and Greektown besides the VP tournament at MGM. There is definitely a comp war in our area. Three Detroit casinos are competing to the windfall that Windsor is offering to lure gamblers back across the border. May this fun trend continue forever!
