I know that everyone says to use the same strategy for Spin Poker as for others, but has anyone tried to change it?I am finding that I am having success holding any pair in Jacks or Better Spin Poker even when the usual strategy says not to.What do you think?

I think you don't understand how VP machines operate and/or the math that computes strategies.
Keep in mind that many strategy variations will appear to work over the short term. For example, holding 4 for a flush vs. a low pair. You will hit the low pair with another pair or 3 of a kind more often than you will fill in the flush. However, the lower payback for these winning hands will cost you eventually.
