WebMan, for the March contest, I "Deemed to have Won" it just like the Democrats in Congress are going to "Deemed to have Passed" the Health Care Bill. Seems fair, doesn't it? SEND ME A HAT....

Webman, sounds like a fair deal since he never specified what type of hat. You could even send a "stations casino" hat.
