Empress Joliet - Oops...

  My brother told me that he went to Empress in Joliet, IL last Friday and was playing the .01 100 play machines( they have 2) and a woman sits down at the other vacant machine. She was playing 75 hands betting 1 coin a line and, as most of you have allready guessed, she is dealt a royal. What should have been a $4,000.00 payout for most of us garnered her about $168.50.  Oh well...
