dealt royal in contest but didnt get full credit

Hey Webman, I just finished completing game 100 on the super times pay september contest. I was dealt a royal flush on hand number 97 but it only paid me 12000. It should of paid me 240,000. My final score was 15,020. What do I do.

A dealt royal flush pays 12,000 for 3 lines, that's correct. You only
get the 240,000 if a multiplier is enabled (in which case it will be a
20x no matter what the multiplier would have been).
