first off I want to thank lucky larry for getting me hooked up with cliff at the Isle. They got me a comp room at the inn. Now as far as the trip it was a bad weekend. I played about 15 hours from around noon sunday to leaving monday morning about 9am. I got creamed along with everybody else. Sunday afternoon was tough no hits what so ever, that evering being down a good chunk of dough i went to check in the room and eat dinner and clean up. That evening I went back to the casino and played video poker on the boat to the left and the 2nd floor at the bar on the end machine. I did hit for 4 aces with a duece kicker for 1000 dollars I was playing 50 cents, that sure helped. Outside of that hit it was tough,I only seen 1 royal hit in the place and I talked to the man that won and he said he was getting killed all week. I have hit some royals my last 3 trips,but my trip in april was the best by far. Everyone in the 2 casinos was winning and having fun. Last trip I hit two royals but the play was slow for people in general.I really wonder some time how machines can be so dead. I shot over to lac for about 2 hours monday morning to collect some comps i had coming and a real nice t-shirt for my birthday. Well the free room and free t shirt cost about 1400 when all said and done. It really is a nice t-shirt

Sadly I think all of us here have been there and experienced that type of weekend. Did you have fun? I hope you did. Enjoy that really nice t-shirt.

Thanks for the kind words. Congratulations on the Aces. We've crossed paths again - Sweet C and I were there Sunday -Tuesday. Cliff was able to help us get a room Sunday night on late notice. We feel your pain - neither one of us had a hit worth a ticket. I only saw two good hits 1) the Progressive RF hit after the player hit the 2's w/kicker: 2) player playing 10 hand 50¢ Dream Card was dealt 3's and caught three hands with kickers today.
BTW what color was the T-shirt?
Correction: told you Carol Frabbiele was at L'Auberge but saw her Monday night and she has moved back to Isle as a host.
