Question, is it played as the based game, since there is no controlling the cards dealt? Also, what kind of return numbers are available? It is kind of pricey at $30 a hand!

The pay table during the Extra Action bonus round is different than the normal game. To see the payouts, click on "See pays" in the bottom left corner of the game and look at the lower pay schedule. For Double Double Bonus, the payouts you listed are correct.
