Help!!!!! accessing the games

I need help with accessing the games.  I have went ahead and cleared the cashe and browser history and I still cannot click on the games I want to play.  I have been a member since 2007 and have never had this problem before.
Can anyone help??????
I don't know what else to do to fix the problem.
