Could be a sound driver problem if you get that far and then it locks up. Are other sounds working on your computer?

Then it sounds like a problem with your sound driver. I'm going to have our support staff email you instructions on how to resolve that one. If you don't hear from them within an hour, send an email to support @ videopoker.com and they will get back right away.
