Four Winds New Buffalo, MI 2/03/13

  As a celebration for finally getting over my cold I decided to head out to a casino for a bit of fun. As I approach the expressway do I turn west and head toward Harrah's Joliet and Hollywood Joliet or do I head east toward Four Winds New Buffalo, Horseshoe Hammond and Blue Chip Michigan City?
 
  I decided, even though the weather was bad, to head east and address Lady Luck at Four Winds New Buffalo. After sitting at my game of choice I was up, I was down, up, down, up, down. As I was playing a couple sat at the two machines next to me and they were studying paytables. I was dealt quad aces's on a 10 play Dream Card machine and the guy sitting there started making comments about my hand. I was playing .05 denomination at the time. I sat there for a second and went on the prowl for some kickers, I was playing TDB. I hit two kickers and was unimpressed with the hand. I stopped playing and just stared at the couple and the woman asked me if they were annoying me and I simply replied, "yes." With that the woman called me rude and they got up and walked away, not to return.
 
  The machine then went on a downturn but I decided to ride it out. I hit the deal button and was greeted with quad 4's with a 3. Playing .10 denomination gave me a nice 2k handpay. After getting paid I went back to playing and about 10 minutes later I, again, hit the deal button and was dealt 4 aces and the dream card feature activated, giving me a 3. Another handpay but this time it was 4k. About an hour later up popped another set of quads, aces, no dream card activation so I had to draw for the kicker and I got 2, another resulting handpay of $1,440.00.
 
  For the session I was dealt quad aces 3 times, once with a kicker. I was dealt quad 2's/3's/4's four times. I took one picture, of the dealt aces with the kicker. I was just too dumbfounded to reach for the camera after the nice hits. 
 
  Needless to say, I left happy and I wasn't even fretting anymore about the road conditions.

  Thanks faygo, Marie sometimes I think it has autopilot to Four Winds. There have been several times when I dozed off driving back so someone is looking out for me.

  I've been beat up plenty at Four Winds but this time I scored a knockout punch. I was losing on points the first few rounds and I'm surprised that my cornerman didn't throw in the towel.

Amazing run!!! Congratulations. Just curious, did you need a dream card to get the 4th Ace on the first quad ace hand, and did you need a dream card to get either the fourth 4 or the kicker, when you were dealt four 4's?

  Thanks LL, it would appear that TDB was the perfect elixor and congrats on your hits at Isle. I should learn to get as good with a camera as you are. I did switch to dueces wild bonus but the way TDB was hitting I didn't want to stray too far from that game so I would only play dueces for a few hands to break things up a bit. 
 
  Colton I did get the dream card activation on the dealt quad 4's with a 3 and the dream card was the fourth 4, the hand came up: 44434. Thank you too.

Good for you! I have had people breathing down my neck and commenting at my hands too. I've actually taken it a step further, when I said to someone "well, at least I know what to hold".
