I Flipped My Banana!!
Hey all!
Sorry for being such a stranger these recent months!
I have been taking care of a dear friend after his near fatal heart attack for the past month, and he is doing great.
Yesterday, I was at Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln, CA (that is near Sacramento/Rocklin/Roseville area) in the midday just for a bit of fun after I did a cell phone claim at MetroPCS and was already more than half way to the casino..LOL....and I sat down at one of a bank of Ultimate X machines, and started playing.
I never bet max on this game for some reason, but I do play the equivalent of "max bet" whereby I bet 5 credits per hand instead of 10 which would activate the multiplier (makes my money last longer and I feel it affects the odds better).
I played my first $10 and got no love, so I moved over one machine.
I had gotten through the first $4.75 of the ticket and I was already expecting to lose my first $20 when I was dealt a garbage hand but with a KING (H), so I held it.
This is what happened on the redeal (you're going to flip your banana when you see this!):
The odds of hitting the Royal Flush with 1 card:
Needless to say, I was positively GOBSMACKED at seeing my first ROYAL from holding a single card!
Talk about MEANT TO BE! LOL!!!!
