May have to switch to Keno
OK, so a quick Keno story. Our first trip after our return from Boston/Cape Cod a lady named Ms. B was sitting next to me playing Keno when she hit for $14K. That was last week. We spent this weekend with family at the casino and Ms. B is two down from me when she hits for $37K on Keno. Over the next four hours of play she hits for 6 hand pays and over $60K with multiple $500-800 hits as I watched in awe. One of our casino hosts even came to congratulate her and kidded me that I needed to take up Keno instead of VP. Of course she put was playing 20 - $1 cards at a time and put in a whole lot of money $100 at a time. Congratulations Ms. B and thanks for taking time to show me how to play keno cards.

Anyway all sudden loud noise right behind us she hit for 15thousand, took them over half Hr. to pay her, come to find out she wanted it all in cash, watch them pay her stack of hundred dollar bills, happy for but noise come out that machine after half hr, plus I was losing was not happy,(lol)I think in less than half after she left, I got RF 1grand, not 15K but made me little more happy. Long Keno Story,
A few years back I grabbed an empty seat at a dozen slant top, M/G M/D Game Kings that are normally filled day and night, with Keno ploppers playing single quarters. These machines had about 8 keno games and two VP games. In the $2 denom, both the Joker Poker and Bonus Poker were full pay.
Two hands in, and I pop out a $9400. JP Royal, and all hell breaks out. Comments ranged from, "it wasn't fair that a VP player would hit a jackpot on "their" keno machines, to the verbal abuse that comes with playing $10. per hand in the quarter section. Several figured they had "loaded" up the machines and a VP player was "stealing" their quarters.
After 15 minutes of listening to all the moaning and groaning, the seat next to me became available. So in a somewhat loud voice I ask all the naysayers if they'd like me to show them how to play KENO? You can imagine the response. Still waiting to be paid I moved over and put in a hundy. The foul mouthed "lady" who had been the most vocal about my play was now sitting next to me.
She's playing Super Keno. On that game the first number out has a Lightning Bolt that quadruples the payout if its part of your numbers. I go to $2. Super Keno, hit max bet, 8 coins, lean over and copy her 7 spot card. I then ask her to hit the button, to which she replied with a BIG F off.
The lady to my right was more accommodating and happily pressed the button.
The first number out was one of mine #71. When the dust settled I had caught the other 6 numbers as well.
All the bells and whistles went off, and smoke started blowing out the ears of the lady to my left. The lady to my right then screams "now that's how you play keno". I said yes it is and give her a hundy. The FO lady, whined what about meeeeeeeeeee. I replied, sorry, you should have pushed the button.
Good luck all,
CK

Ya I would also be interested in your payout. You must have hurt the casino a bit. You played 2 dollar keno at 8 coins or 16 dollars a spin. The first number hit so you got 4X your bet. So 7 out of 7 pays 800 coins 800 coins X 4 times for hitting the first number =3,200 coins X 16 dollar bet means you won 51,200 dollars. Is this right!!!

Yes, yes it is. Plus the $9400. JP Royal. But was only about half of what I saw a guy hit last night on a $.25 Wheel of Fortune at Lone Butte. I'll try and post a picture later today.
