We're looking for a few good people to test a facebook application that we'll be releasing soon, to allow people to play video poker within Facebook. If interested, please send an email to forum@videopoker.com and we'll get you set up. Thanks!
I must be a bad person, as I do not use FaceBook. As a matter of fact, all this FaceBook connecting is screwing up older versions of Windows.

Billyjoe, if not being part of the facebook universe makes you a bad person then I guess I'm as bad as you are.

No facebook for me, either! I tried it briefly, before changing my email address. I could see it could be fun for peeps w nothing better to do and extra time to kill.(;-) Bad sharks are out there putting together stuff as pet names, birth dates, street names, anniversaries, vacations, etc. They can figure out passwords, when your home will be empty and how to kidnap! ID theft can be among one's worst nightmare!

I'm a little surprised by the responses so far, but I do understand the skepticism. I use Facebook personally, and feel completely safe in doing so. This is because:1) I pay attention to my privacy settings and2) Even with the privacy settings, I don't share anything on facebook that I wouldn't want people to find out, and I'm mindful of how certain types of information can be abused. If I'm out of town, I wait until I return from the trip to post any pictures. Other than that, I post freely and don't care too much if anyone gets a hold of the data, because I've only shared what I wanted to.Having said that, I certainly understand why a lot of people would choose not to use it. For me, it's a great way to stay in touch with friends and family, since I couldn't possibly call all my cousins every week and find out what they've been up to. I'm just not a phone person, I guess.
