The article is good for 7 days to non subscribers. I do not understand why this link will not open the article now for you. You can log on the title and each writer to the story but still not get contents of this article. suggestions?A Dr. warned my friend with Parkinson's to stay away from casinos. It seems the disease can contribute to gaming addiction.

I wasn't able to get to the article from the above but did get it from http://online.wsj.com/internal/emails/e ... health.htm.
There was a National Public Radio piece a month or so ago about how Bally's uses real-time loyalty card data to, for instance, tell when a customer may be reaching a daily limit so they can go out and offer that person more comps to get them to stay and play more. Casinos have the right to bar any player from any game, a right they assert when they suspect someone may be, say, counting cards at the blackjack table. Looks like we're well on the way to establishing a parallel duty to bar those with gambling addictions.
