Four Winds Casino - New Buffalo, MI

  So I went over to Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, MI last night, Saturday Dec 14th, to pick up my Christmas gift; a Kindle Fire.
 
  I had some dinner, the prime rib was very tasty and the smashed potatos were good too and then I was off to collect my gift. After picking it up I then headed over to my favorite Dream Card machine and sat down and loaded my normal $1,000.00 grubstake into the machine. I was playing for a while, holding my own and nothing spectacular but the credits were dwindling. I was down to about $300.00 when I started thinking that the Kindle Fire was going to cost me $1,000.00 when I could have just bouoght the thing for alot less than that.
 
  Right about this time I then got dealt quad 4's and since I was playing 10 hand TDB my next move was to go kicker hunting; I got 3. This little payout put me just about back to my original 1K and I was happy. I decided to stick it out for a little while and see what happened and a few minutes later I was dealt quad 6's. This put me a few bucks over my 1K buy in so I then cashed out and walked out with: my 1K intact; the Kindle Fire; and a few extra bucks for gas and tolls.
 
  Turned out to be an ok night.
 
  I will say that Four Winds gives out some very nice gifts. The old Showboat Mardi Gras in East Chicago, IN used to give some great gifts too, things like George Foreman grills, really nice coffee makers, etc.
