Odds actually getting better..

While in South Florida for the holidays, I dropped by the Hollywood Hard Rock for a session of video poker...of course. Didn't get quad deuces, but walked out even after 3 hours which was nice.
The Hollywood Hard Rock has always had pretty stinky VP odds in the lower denominations. I was surprised to find 98.931% Deuces installed on the one line machines. The dollar DDB has gone to 9/6. This is actually pretty good as Florida VP goes. I know the Hard Rock has new management and I've heard that business has been down. It looks like the new management is trying to get more VP players. I've also seen more free play offers lately. It's not Vegas, but at least It's going in the right direction.

According to VPfree2 they even have 9/6 JoB for quarters now too.

Didn't see that. I don't play Jacks that much any more, but at 9/6 I might start again. Thanks!
