Harrahs/Caesars in Illinois
This should help brighten things up...
The Illinois Gaming Board approved a $1.75 billion refinancing deal for Caesars Entertainment Corp. despite objections from some bondholders. The Las Vegas-based firm operates two casinos in Illinois. Gary Loveman, chairman and CEO of Caesars, said the refinancing was approved by all jurisdictions and the company can proceed with improving its capital structure. Bloomberg Businessweek (7/24)

This is probably going to be used to finance the new machines that they recently put into Harrah's Joliet.

Harrahs Joliet is one of my favorite local casinos. I love the new machines and I seem to be hitting more with them. Two dollar Tuesdays is pretty good too!

Does that mean $2 drinks on Tuesday? I could go for that at least!

Mohegan has all kinds of 2 buck draft deals and always at the buffet. Big ones too. Mostly for Heiniken. Of course if you get your butts up this way some year, and I am still kicking, the beer will be free.... ....

Two dollar Tuesdays at Harrahs Joliet means $2 beers, wine and well drinks. Also, two dollar craps tables. Love it!
