Verification of Pictures

Post by DaBurglar »

Anyone have any suggestions on how a poster could "verify" that the picture they are posting is legit (i.e.  a bonafide hit that THEY achieved?)Seriously, what are some things people could do to lend credence to the hits they post pictures of.....?One time I included a copy of that days Newspaper.......that's a start. How about pictures of the TITO with the date and time as it comes out of the machine????   Any other thoughts?Otherwise, HOW DO WE REALLY TRULY know that these hits actually happened when and where the person says?     How do we know it is not someone else's hit or a hit from 3 years ago, etc etc? This is extremely important for many reasons, but not the least of which is a extremely valid point that Tedlark made a long time ago.....He explained that a lot of "NEW VP players" visit this form, and if there is ANY "misinformation" or false info that causes them to CONCLUDE the wrong thing, then that is "BAD".    I think he is right.   We would not want ANYONE coming to this forum, current or new members, and seeing any hits that might not be BONAFIDE...it might cause them to conclude it is extremely easy to win at Video Poker!!!!    Bankruptcy or gambling addiciton might result......

DaBurglar I take it back; you don't have a jealous bone in your body.
Edited to add: If people get a look at YOUR video poker stats they would never believe that video poker is profitable, lol.....

I don't know why someone would post fake pictures, but if they are that self-conscious I guess so be it.

Personally, I don't have the time for that because I keep busy at the gym all day.

Good dog, you ARE paranoid. Not only do you believe that all VP is rigged, but now you don't believe when people post pictures of hits.

Like the people who believe the moon landing is faked, I doubt there's anything that would be good enough to satisfy you as to identity, so why don't you just enjoy the pretty pictures with a grain of salt and relax.

Been a " few " years since I came close to looking like that. If all I have to worry about in life is looking at phony jackpot pictures if any on this site, then I think I need to be put out of my misery. . Now that we are on somewhat of a technical topic, check out today's news about the 14 year kid who designed a circuit board that can unlock new cars, operate the electrical, and even start the car. That makes me wonder if these young geniuses could hack into vp machines as well. And I thought I was a genius as a kid by making a working radio out of a razor blade, small coil of copper wire wrapped around a cardboard toilet paper tube, safety pin, piece of graphite from a pencil, thumb tack, block of wood, and a pair of old aviator headphones.

This might be a picture of the west valley casino being built in Glendale, as well as 3 more that may or may not be mine. Hopefully someone from the area might be able to verify it.

Oh well. They won't seem to load from Photobucket.
