Where is the new outside Theater going to be.
The new outdoor theater is located in the grass area between the surface parking lot and the 2 employee's parking garage.

The marina environment must be an acquired taste. It's all staid to me without the foot traffic. Maybe I just got so used to the hustle bustle that I can't ease up.
