TOC Achievement

Dear Mr. Webman:

In 2012 I came in #11 in the big end of year contest. How come I don't get an achiement star for this previous stroke of brilliance? It is so hard to get 7 stars each month . A bit of star credit for a previous year's TOC would sure be helpful.
