I'm usually a $1 ddb player on single line games. Well I'm in vegas to play the World Series of Poker casino employees event and am up about 3500. I decided to take my shot in the high limit room on a $5 ddb and after a couple small hits i was dealt Aces with a kicker for 10k. Couldnt beleive i got it dealt I was nervous making sure to hit the hold button on all 5 cards and not screwing it up lol. Was my biggest jackpot I've ever hit anf I'm thrilled

Hitting a high limit pot shot like that is one of the most enjoyable experiences in video poker.   As long as you don't make a habit of playing above your bankroll, it can be profitable.  I recommend taking the 10K and putting it in mutual funds.   They pay a lot better than video poker.
