Bobby D. states, that when figuring your dollar per hour play, it's okay to add in many types of comps : buffets, drinks, rooms, drawings, ect.ect.


So by doing this, you can make a machine that is normally 99.6 %, into say, 101 %.
 
Now we play all year at this + 1 % and by the end of the year many advantage players come out in the black !?!?
 
BUT, they aleady ate the buffets, drank the drinks, used the rooms and lost the drawing.
 
Most don't have the +1% cash, because they really never had it anyway !
 
Now I do believe there are those AP players that make GOOD MONEY.
 
But they are VERY rare.
 
You must be willing to put in 40 hour weeks ( quarter players ) and play with ACCURATE lightening SPEED !
 
For example : LINK AND INFO REMOVED - NO LINKS TO SITES THAT PROMOTE ILLEGAL ONLINE GAMBLING. The player's name is Johnny Chung ( not his real name ).
He is a REAL Pro. and only plays QUARTERS.
 
I was impressed. It's not for me though. I have a full time job and am fine playing for my + $100 w/ 80 % win rate.
 
But this guy is for real not like most AP players who add in all those comps. at the lower levels and modest bankrolls.
 
I do believe it has merit at Bobby D's. level in some situations.
