Lack of progressive machines.

So, within the next two years we will be retiring to the Tampa area. We (me and the wife) really like playing .25/.50  DDBP Progressive. Problem is the Hardrock in Tampa does not have any progressive machines.   Is there a reason for that?Thanks,Ray

Is there a possibility that the Florida gaming regulations do not allow progressive jackpots?
