Vegas odds are meaningless in MLB Postseason which is very much a crapshoot.

Vegas had the Cubs to win the NLCS over the Mets in 5, Blue Jays over the Royals in the ALCS in 7.

They had the World Series at dead even, I just think the Royals are too fundamentally sound.

Thor better bring his hammer (curveball), or else the Royals will pounce on the fastballs.

I do not know much about SportsBooks, but even if you keep taking your bet and parlay it to the next game on at -200 (I see -300 if it is a Cy Young award caliber pitcher on the mound going against a last place team), the 100 for 1 is still a better deal.

At -200 (Royals as "strong" favorites over the Mets) with original wagers returned

$5 bet Mets Game 3 Win -> $15
$15 bet Mets Game 4 Win -> $45
$45 bet Mets Game 5 Win -> $135
$135 bet Mets Game 6 Win - > $435

$5 at 100 for 1 - > $505

The Mets wont be winning in 6. They folded in the 8th defensively and a base running blunder in the 9th.
