Is that a Time-Life offering? 24 cd's for $19.95 a month? Sorry, I just couldn't resist. I haven't upgraded to Windows 10.

Greatest Hits was discontinued quite a while back and is no longer supported. It's possible it simply doesn't work on Windows 10.
