TEDLark, DA BURGLAR & the rest of the Forum

In my latest post about my latest trip to AC, I shared all that happened in my time there from February 3 thru the 6th.I was able to meet Jeter, thoroughly enjoyed our time together, and I was glad someone from this forum who is universally liked and respected was able to finally meet ME and report back to the forum that I am NOT at all like what Tedlark has systematically attempted to portray me as these past few years......I then went on, once again, to share my latest (and unfortunately) ABYSMAL video poker experience in AC, punctuated by a uneventful LIVE poker smattering of activity.    I related in detail the experiences that I enjoyed with OTHER people, both players and the people at the gaming control office.   I neither embellished nor withheld anything.....for some reason, yet again, TED has a massive, I mean MASSIVE problem with this.......Nothing new there I guess, except I KNOW that the forum is tired of this, as am I.......I was "accused" by Ted of posting "HERE SAY" (his words), but he obviously meant Hearsay, and said i was trying to pass off as "FACT" this alleged hearsay.    But the simple truth is all I posted was my experiences, and as is the case when ANY FORUM member relates a trip account or experience or shares something, it is all technically HEARSAY!   So I do not know exactly what Ted is or was accusing me of, but this has gone far enough.     Or I should say HE has gone far enough.....this will no longer fly.....I am entitled to post what I want so long as it does not grievously violate the forum rules.   If my posts are TOO LONG, or you simply do not like my "TONE" or the manner in which I express myself, fine.   I cannot do anything about that nor do I want to.....so I invite all  of you to simply IGNORE my posts.    Just ignore them......I do not chase and follow and stalk any poster here, and make every attempt to sabotage or torpedo anyone's threads.    Yet Tedlark has done this to me, and it is a matter of irrefutable public forum record......Ted has attempted in the past to justify his "Stalking" of my posts but despite what he claims for reasons behind this behavior of his,   there is no "greater issue at stake here" with respect my posts,  there is no "Threat" being posed by myself and my posts that Ted is trying to save the forum from; all this manner of JUSTIFICATION on Ted's part for what he has, and continues to do, is just deceitful self serving BS.....The truth is simply this:  He absolutely cannot stand me, and this sentiment has existed and continues to simmer and fester and WORSEN.......and now, for my part, while I absolutely do not feel the need to stalk or harass or otherwise thwart his every post, I now feel the same towards him that he obviously feels towards me......HERE IS THE POINTS TO REMEMBER:When two people DO NOT like each other, the smart thing, and SANE thing to do is simply walk away from one another.  That's it.....no one wins or loses (mostly loses because no one CAN win in such cases.....)    The bigger more IMPORTANT issue is this:  The rest of the forum suffers and is the victim of this pointless lunacy.Therefore, I am ONCE AGAIN asking Tedlark to simply NOT POST OR REPLY to me and I will do the same to him.   That is it, it is that simple.     NO IF ANDS OR BUTS......no phony hypocritical justifications to do or act otherwise, and NO EXCEPTIONS.    We just leave each other alone.I am asking the rest of the forum members here, regardless of personal feelings or preferences, to endorse my proposal so as to obligate BOTH myself and Tedlark to honor and adhere to this resolution.      I enjoy very much posting here, reading everyone's posts and thoughts, I actually enjoy everyone here (even notes1 and doris), I DO play the games fairly often (i just dont make a big deal about it), and I would very much like to continue to meet and get to know many others here, with one obvious exception.If it helps Tedlark to agree to this, I will accept my share of responsibility for bringing this to this point, but I am no longer willing to victimize the rest of the forum in this pointless running knife fight.......Obviously, Ted can respond in THIS thread to me, and from this point forward, this is the ONLY thread in which either of us should address the other directly.PLEASE, I implore all other forum members to simply chime in with their response here.......thanks.

Awww c'mon Mr. Burglar, Ted likes ya! Just rib him back. Neither of y'all are breaking any rules, and it looks like nothing more than playful banter, just need to thicken yer skin up a bit. Once you do that then tell him him to meet you at the e-Colosseum to battle it out with e-2x4's and e-trashcan lids!

I got here in 2008. Just because I don't post much here doesn't mean I don't read these forums. I've read plenty between these two, and all I was trying to do is throw some humor in here so these dudes can hopefully settle their differences. I've been an admin for a very well known Heavy Metal band's website for over 16 years, and trust me, I've seen a lot worse. Betcha if they met up in real life they would probably laugh all this off over some beers. Thank you for your concerns though!

Unreal.....see, this whole thing is toxic.    For that, and for my part in all this, I am truly sorry and regret it all......FAA, Sea lion, I appreciate you BOTH for your input, albeit with two very different and divergent viewpoints and goals....please, PLEASE do not start a feud of your own here just because two stubborn idiots like myself and Ted cannot see past our own pointless hostility!Sea lion, I normally agree with you and all that you advocate above, 100%......I am, in person, quite gregarious, fond of laughter and definitely self deprecating!   I am known for  NOT taking anything (or anyone, especially myself) too seriously at all........I have no way of knowing the future, and if somehow, somewhere, someway, the "damage" between us could be undone and forgotten, then sure, ted & I could be friends....but gauging his personality from the actual posts he has made since 2011, and on the BASIS of that evidence, I would highly doubt it.If you actually had the time, desire and sheer ability to go back and actually read and analyze this so-called "running feud" you would draw a very straightforward conclusion about both of us and who (and what) is the primary reason/blame for this going as long as it has and taking the tone and direction it is......but that is not realistic, or even possible at this point, and peoples' short memory and inability (and desire) to look at such a minor, meaningless "feud" is one of the things Tedlark COUNTS on when it comes to continuing this pointless battle and attempt to one-up me, out post me and get the last word in......What I am advocating (FOR THE "umpteenth" time), simply avoiding and ignoring each other, is a simple, no cost and effective solution to end this nonsense.    Period,I do not want to "win" anything (because there's nothing to be "won" here anyway), I do not want to inflict or harm Ted in anyway, regardless of what he has said and the intent behind it on his part, and most of all, I do not want to cause even a little annoyance or negative impact on the rest of the forum as a whole.    Whether or not people have found this whole spectacle to be entertaining and amusing (like you clearly have) is no longer relevant (if it ever was) and has taken a back seat to Tedlark's abject and unbridled hostility and nastiness.     There is nothing I can say or do or post to satisfy ted's undetermined motives or desire or goal(s), (whatever they may be), and frankly, I do not want him even to attempt (again) to define what he wants from me.....all previous attempts to do so on his part only made matters worse due to the sheer absurdity and dishonesty of what he tried to pass off as his "motivation" for posting on the forum what he has written the past 4-1/2  years.   Besides, it does not matter.....NO ONE on this forum has the right to influence or dictate what or why or how another poster actually posts on this forum.    NOTHING....NADA....ZILCH.Whatever type of person he is in real life, sadly I will not be able to learn just what that is......and vice versa, he will not know what it is like for himself to know me......he has made certain of that.     I hold no grudges in life (I simply cannot afford them in my circumstances and position, but far more importantly, grudges are toxic and are one of the worst things a christian can have in his life);  I make it a point to ALWAYS ALWAYS try my best to get along with people......in this case, unless something truly exceptional were to unfold, I must  accept that the best I can do is to stay away from ted & hope he does same. FAA didn't know that I signed up back then and probably thought I was new here, going on my small amount of posts, which I can understand from his or her point of view. I actually got here in April 08, then re-registered as Sea Lion in Dec 08. No harm, no foul, however I just might go blast some Led Zeppelin, for old times sake!  Both of you (and FAA too) have posted some really informative stuff on these boards, and I for one am grateful for that. Y'all might not see eye to eye on some things, but don't let that change who you are or take away from your contributions here. You guys don't need my input on this, but since this was put out there, I'll throw in my 2 cents.  My flippers are planted right here in Las Vegas, so no, I haven't been to AC.
