Apologies to the forum in General

Once again, I apologize to any and all forum readers/posters who may be exasperated by the ongoing theatrics betwixt myself and Tedlark.       I am sure some of you find it entertaining and perhaps even FUNNY......but I am also certain that some of you are sick of it and are tired of not being able to post in various threads for fear of backlash or for having your own post (and your "voice") drowned out by the cacophony of the ridiculous exchanges between myself and Tedlark.As I have done in the past, I accept my share of culpability in this spectacle (or if you are one of the people who LIKES these exchanges, then I accept my share of "credit" lol)......but I am quite certain, and my conscience is clear that when a person objectively goes back and re-examines the nature and flow and sequence of posts/events, they will see a pattern emerge that clearly identifies just who the primary culprit is that turns any chance of reasonable, engaging threads into childish bickering and pathetic "flame wars".      But still, it takes two to tango, so I must accept my share of blame and I hope, henceforth, that those of you out there who have not felt comfortable posting in the midst of such turmoil, will now start to feel comfortable in doing so.....Beginning NOW, with this post at 6:55 am (EST) on Tuesday, March 1, 2016,  I will no longer be   DIRECTLY   replying to ANY Tedlark comment or post.   What transpires after I submit this POST will, from now on, be the responsibility, and "doings" of Tedlark and only Tedlark.       it is my sincere hope that this will motivate Ted to turn his attention on this forum elsewhere, to anything that simply does not involve ME or trashing what I post here.Thank you.

You have repeatedly brought your "I hate Atlantic City video poker, Atlantic City video poker is crooked/askew/off kilter, New Jersey politicians screwed Atlantic City gaming, campaign to other furums here instead of leaving it in the Atlantic City forum where it belongs.

How many times have you brought up the comparison of when you used to live in California and would visit Las Vegas and your now residing on the East Coast and Atlantic City? That's just one example. I could go on but why? You'd just get nasty and rude with me again.

And as always, when I totally cornered you and showed you to be a spiteful, hateful, bullying, childish jerk, you totally dodged the checkmate question I posed and attemtpted to launch another pointless tangent to deflect whatever attention you think the "Audience" is paying to my thrashing of you....So this time, answer this directly:    WHAT IS THE LIMIT as to how many times I can mention the fact that I used to live in LA and thus, visited vegas a lot during this time?    Since you went out of the way to make this one of your primary criticisms of me in general, you must further clarify what this means and WHY this is such an issue with you.....And my pledge (made in this thread) to not respond to you and your pointless online harassment still stands outside of this thread.....Now answer the question and clarify WHY you have a problem with what I post and how often, etc etc.

yep, I agree and that was my intention, but as a small consolation (admittedly mostly to myself),  I have thus demonstrated YET AGAIN and beyond any shadow of a doubt whatsoever, that HE is only concerned with stalking, harassing,  torpedoing, ruining (etc etc) any and all of my threads and posts.......it is a self evident and OBVIOUS fact.What else does he really do here or post about, at least with equal detail, intensity or concern?   And his absurd justification or rationalization for doing what he does, is laughable and insults EVERYONE's intelligence.  He repeatedly attributes all this controversy to his OPINION that I immediately take offense wherever or whenever someone disagrees with me.....in fact, this describes HIS OWN modus operandi and attitude.   I have NO PROBLEM engaging in good solid debates, but he goes way way beyond that......He tries to dictate or meld what I can or should (or should not) post about (case in point, the above posts where he criticizes the fact I chose to share numerous times my life story......WHat'S it to him anyway?   WHY on earth is that such a huge issue or bone of contention???    WHO CARES????    and most of all, HE does NOT get to dictate or tell me, or anyone else, what they can or cannot post......)Bottom line:    Any reasonable person who reads and follows my posting history sees that I like to share many aspects of my life and experiences particularly as they pertain to Video Poker and casinos in general.....that's just me;  I like to share, I like to write, I like to include lots of details etc.    I can understand if some people think I am wordy, and that is fine.   But it does not warrant harsh criticism or judgement.  ALSO, where appropriate and allowed, I like to diverge and talk about many other things and topics.     We have specific areas devoted to specific subject matter......I admit early on I was not always concerned with keeping the EXACT subject matter within its EXACT forum area, but I am hardly the only one guilty of that, PLUS, its just a fact  of online life that sometimes, some discussions spiral off into many tangents and other areas.....again, this is NOT a crime nor is it worthy of harsh judgement or treatment!    I have made efforts to improve on this and it has worked.       Bottom line here is this:    Talking about my own life experiences and opinion is part of what I feel I have to offer here.........What is so bad about this?   WHy is that a problem for anyone, least of all a person with whom I want nothing to do with and want to be left alone by and want to LEAVE alone myself......This is a forum PRIMARILY (but not limited to) about video poker, casinos and casino gambling......I have every right to talk about my experiences and opinion (negative, positive or otherwise) and perception of ATLANTIC CITY ( a direct and clearly RELEVANT topic to this forum!)   I can say and do this as MANY TIMES AS A I WANT (again unless Ted want's to address my previous post above in this thread about whatever "LIMIT" exists on posting about specific topics, lol!)     Ted has made it very clear he disagrees with me on everything.....ok fine, that's his right.   but he has made this point of view, abundantly clear and no longer needs to announce to the world that he DISAGREES with everything I say.    He has been called out by other posters like mammajamm for the simple, absurd fact that ALL He does is repeat himself over and over again with his hostility and objection to anything and everything I say......that is the sum total of his presence and contribution on this forum.   He does not spend any equivalent attention or effort on ANY OTHER TOPIC or ANY OTHER POSTER.....or anything else for that matter!    Nothing else seems to matter to this guy except making sure he opposes or trashes or objects any and all of my threads.So that's that........I wish to be allowed to post on this forum and engage with any reasonable person on whatever the topic or issue is at hand......emphasis on the word REASONABLE.   That is ALL I ask for.......I would ask that TED simply find a new outlet, besides ME and my Posts, for whatever hostility or dissatisfaction or frustration he is experiencing in his life, such that the REST OF THIS FORUM and the threads in which I choose to participate  NO LONGER suffer the collateral damage from his campaign of.......of.....whatever the hell it is.I (again) PLEDGE to totally and completely IGNORE this guy going forward, and simply ask he do the same.     WHAT ON EARTH is so hard or unreasonable (at this point) about that???????edited to add this final olive branch:       I stated previously that I accept that I am responsible for this ongoing childish spectacle as much as Ted.....and for that I apologize (to the rest of the forum in its entirety) once again.      Once again, I AM SORRY if I discouraged or frustrated any other readers or members from posting or otherwise participating in the forum.     These exchanges and  Online "sparring" sadly can take on lives of their own and spiral out of hand or head off into directions NO ONE wants them to go........unlike when two people debate or argue in person, where other things can intervene or influence what is going on, this medium ("online") limits the people to a Back-and-forth, take your turns approach, with imperfect timing, delivery and nuance.    I cannot see the other guy's body language or vocal emphasis or tone, and vice versa.     Hence, this has the potential to (again), become disproportionate to the actual feelings and sentiment being expressed.FOR EVERYONE's sake, I again ask that TED simply follow MY lead and just DROP IT, and DROP everything.   Whatever "it" is.......its done.  OVER.    No longer matters.......game over.   No one wins, no one loses.    its time to move on.NOW, I hope he gets the last word in, and that the last word he chooses is, "he will  follow suit and simply move on to bigger and better issues than.....little ol' me."

I do hope you two can either get along or ignore eachother soon(as daburgler once again pledges) because there are more important things to worry about in life, like global warming, water shortages, and what would we do if we ever ran out of salsa?

Or you could just accept that people are going to respond and not get so worked up about it, even though it is annoying.
