Not sure what to make of this pay table

The casino I play at is pulling there old slant tops and putting in new machines. Here are the games, some I have never seen. The pay table on DWDDB  seems odd to me? If you play less then max bet you don't get payed on 4ok hits?

Just looking at the pay table for 5 coins shows the very poor 10/8/4/4 game. The question is....How much value does the 6th coin add. If the natural quads don't come in at all which is quite possible, your money will disappear in a hurry. Every hand where you bet 6 you are only getrinf paid as if you were betting 5. I have never seen this game, but I have a bad feeling about it. The trend in general with casinos is to install what I call more gimmick games with marginal at best pay tables. I haven't checked the Wizard's calculator to see if this game is there. You could check that out or maybe somebody will chime in that has the total return for bet 6 figured out.
