Rivergambler, are you good with the minimum requirements? I've had very similar experiences with the ads. Although the site doesn't support the Lumia phone I use, it works very well as long as I'm gold with the ads removed. You can tell how the game pulls through on the hands you would have lost being basic.

Minimum Requirements

Recommended minimum requirements for desktop and laptop computers:

Computer
Windows or Mac
Pentium 4 or better CPU 2.80 GHz or better
1 GB of RAM

Operating System
Windows 7 and above

Web Browsers
Microsoft Edge
Internet Explorer 10 or above
Chrome 39 or above
Firefox 34 or above
Safari 7.1.2 or above

Devices
Kindle Fire HD or Kindle Fire HDX
IPad 2 or greater, iPad Air
Samsung Galaxy 3 or greater
Nexus 4 or greater
Anroid devices should use Google Chrome browser and have Android 4.0.4 or later

Internet
Satellite, cellular and dial-up connections with low latency may experience delays during play

I guess I am short on the processor, but way over on everything else.  I am on a Dell laptop with 12GB RAM, on Windows 10, browsers are current versions and my internet is cable with download speed that is supposed to be around 35 Mbps but sometimes drops to as low as 14 Mbps.  My processor is an AMD with only 2.20 GHz.  Could that really do it since the CPU usage never gets extremely high (tops out around 55%) before it locks up?  What I meant about losing the hand when it locks up is if I start with 100 deals played for the month, then play a game with a 100 deals, I only end up with 198 deals played for the month, so it is not counting the two deals that I never got to draw on.  It doesn't give points because all I get is the initial hand and I don't get to hold or draw.  So it can't finish out the hand once I disconnect because it doesn't know what I would have held.

Just played 7 games x 77 deals each and one game of 100 hands and it did not lock up one time!!  It slowed down a few times, but nothing so slow that it was bothersome.  I think you may have fixed it.  Thanks for keeping on this.

I've noticed there are good days, bad days, and really bad days. I know exactly what you're talking about rivergambler and it isn't fair. I'm probably going to buy a kindle fire they recommend and if it isn't 99.6% reliable I'm going to be amazed. It freezes and locks up as gold, but almost always pulls through letting you complete the hand. It does seem like the good hands are the ones you tend to notice the failure beyond the odds too, which is unfortunate. As a basic member, it doesn't seem like you have a chance overcoming the disability using the site, especially in weekly and monthly contests. I think the right thing the site should do is remove ads immediately on contests until the site is fixed, but they wont. Seems cynical, but I think everything is going exactly as they planned it. My five days of gold ends tomorrow and odds are it's going to cost me. It's useless complaining so I'll probably quit using the site and no longer recommend it to strangers as I have in the past at the casino.

Had about 5-6 problems in 500 hands in the monthly contest, which was a good day for reliability. Got about 70 hands in then dealt QQQJX it froze and never was able to draw. Next problem was trip fours after the draw never got credit for. Another hand never got to draw on was ace high. The rest were inconsequential. It really makes me think how the programming is written that good drawing hands tend to be the ones to fail like the qqqj. 800 credits really make a difference fighting for the top 100. It kills me wasting a royal flush and ask this month just to give it up to game errors and freezing.

Yeah, gold ran out. Just trying to illustrate the problem and how it affects fair play. It's very frustrating. I was dealt qqqj again last night and was able to draw a card, which turned out to be a queen I needed, so it isn't absolutely predictable. Is there some unnecessary code going on with the big hands bugging out the game. I'll keep a log next month.

The quick quads game works better than the others. The more hands also seem to knock down reliability too. Some games are more unreliable than others.

There wouldn't be unnecessary code associated with big hands, so I think that is likely coincidental. It's possible that winning hands would have additional sounds/effects that come into play and would negatively affect performance on unsupported devices or in situations of limited resources. One thing I can guarantee you is that no such thing is done to intentionally reduce performance in winning situations.
