HEY WEBMAN!!!

What is the latest position regarding discussion of games that are based on the website(s) of Casinos in Nevada and New jersey? Can we talk about them, as long as we are at pains to detail that it is LEGAL to play online in those states?    Or do I have to actually be on a computer in New Jersey, or Vegas, or 12-or-more miles out to sea, to actually MAKE A POST about the topic of Online Gambling on this website?

Discussion of legal online wagering managed by brick and mortar casinos (the ones you are talking about here) will be permitted as long as the thread title is clear and includes a note in the post about where it is legal to play.Links to general "online casinos" that are unclear about their legality for US play are still not allowed and will result in immediate suspension.People should know, without having to do their own research, that the site has been approved as legal by US / state authorities.DaBurglar, you have always been courteous when it comes to posting these things and asking, as you did here, so don't worry about being suspended if your post isn't "just right." That usually only happens when someone shows up out of the blue promoting a site/service. It's new territory so we'll work on what is most appropriate and what does the best service to readers so that they can have a worry-free experience. But feel free to ask via email if you are unsure about a particular site/service.

THANKS webMANmeister!     I am sure you must know by now that each Atlantic city casino has its own Website for permanent or Temporary New Jersey residents (and any other state where gambling on the internet is legal, like Nevada!)     In fact, RESORTS AC has an actual  online gambling "DEN" located just off the main casino floor that used to be a High Limit Table games room....this online "DEN" in Resorts-AC has numerous outlets, devices and computer terminals for anyone who wants to play online, with the obvious advertisements and inducements announcing "FREE" deposit Bonuses and stuff when you open an account for RESORTS-AC.     All AC casinos offer incentives to join their websites, and some allow you to merge your in house casino benefits and bonuses (Like free play)  and utilize them ONLINE too!      In addition to the New Jerwsey casinos, while you are in either New Jersey itself and any of the AC casinos,  you can also access and play at virtually any other Casino or website online.......I will not mention any of THOSE other online gambling sites but I will simply say one example of these sites is ...

The site you mentioned is an offshore online casino. While it may be legal to play at those sites for some US customers in certain places, discussion here in the forum should be limited to US-based casinos that operate legally in the United States such as Tropicana or Golden Nugget AC.  If it is permitted, then you can mention it by name rather than giving clues on how to locate it elsewhere. Thanks. We may provide a list shortly of the casinos that qualify as legal in order to clarify which ones are permitted for discussion.

I find the site very informative. He is entitled to make his own marketing and partnership decisions and we have no opinion on the matter.
