Lot of history in that area. I'd check out the National Park rather than the casino.

You can go on the trolley and look at the Historical landmarks. Independence Hall, Betsy Ross House, The Liberty Bell. The brand new constitution center. https://www.sugarhousecasino.com/sugar-express Get off the 6th & Market location. Sugarhouse casino is located in center city along the Delaware River.
