I only bring sober truth Gale. No, you don't. You bring delusion and intoxicating deceit......

As an objective third party, surely at least you must see the by-now-all-too-familiar pattern where I (me daburglar) make a post (any post) about a topic (any topic) that has NOTHING to do with Tad and which attempts to galvanize dialogue or discourse, only to be sabotaged or undercut by Ted clumsily finding fault over nitpicking non-issues which serves only to express his by-now WELL known extreme dislike for me (but NOT hatred mind you!)Pointless petty crap is the end result......what's more, in my actual, real life apart from this forum, I have absolutely Zero enemies or adversaries, people whom I strongly disagree with on a regular, chronic basis, or dislike (but NOT hate mind you!) I truly don't......The one and ONLY exception to that condition exists here, on this forum in the poster known as Tedlark. And even here, I want NOTHING personal to do with him (beyond NORMAL, typical dialogue via this forum in threads).....

I am personally into the BR/FP saga. There was a short hiatus late last month, but it was not worth Mr. Dancer departing the forum to have it revive again.

I had nothing to do with Mr Dancer leaving again.
The only reason he came back was because he made the mistake of believing anything Phil said. When Phil came back, he left. Even after Phil came back after saying he would no longer post here, had he only stuck to the recreational forum as he said he would, I think Bob might have stayed, but a scorpion cant help being a scorpion, and a worm is still a worm.
For the sake of the forum and VP, I'll make this offer.
If Phil leaves, and Mr. Dancer returns, I will leave as well.

I wish both feuds would stop. Have a debate without invective, agree to disagree respectively, express your position once, ignore provocations, and don't need to always have the last word. Many articles on this subject. Here's one I wish the four would read.
6 Smart Ways to Disagree With Someone Respectfully
You are a good example of how to express your viewpoint without rancor or repetitiveness.
BTW, after initially reading your post I was curious to see if Bob Dancer had actually departed the forum or rather had just stopped posting. Apparently he is monitoring the forum as do many others. I wish he would post/comment again as many forum participants would benefit from his expertise.

Poor wording on my part, it is my bad. I should have added that I thought the saga was over when FP wrote the Final Words thread, but it was only a season finale of the saga.
What you have stated is exactly on point. I would agree that FP is the scorpion in the story you've told about the turtle. FP has this endless obsession with Mr. Dancer.
For the record, Mr. Dancer did tell FP not to play at all if the pay tables were that bad, e.g. 8/5 DDB returned 96.79%. Offered a recommendation to save up and play at places where more favorable games are available. But FP chose to play that anyways for years.
FP used to praise Video Poker for Winners a lot back then. How Mr. Dancer designed a product to help players catch mistakes and were showing how costly it is. Once Mr. Dancer did not endorse the CS as a recreational option, it went all downhill.

I do try my best to resolve issues in a civil matter, but I regret that I have went out of hand in the past with certain anti-math believers because I get associated with Mr. Dancer. I am aware that Mr. Dancer has made abusive remarks to folks that have not played they can possibly play mathematically. I also try to make sure what I state has accuracy before posting.
I am personally interested in the insights Mr. Dancer has to offer about getting the most out of video poker and casinos, but it is not meant to be sadly. I did read the article (thank you for sharing) and agree with the points. I think #1, #2, #3 seems to be the issue with the four.
In short,
I believe Ted is taking a stand against DaB because Ted wants to stand up against the bullying DaB did in the past with older forum members.
I believe billryan is taking a stand against FP because of the lies/misinformation spread about Mr. Dancer on a constant basis.
Both have a reason on doing what they are doing, but I do not see a good reason why it should last more than a year now. It would take a lot for a resolution to happen.
