In what game? Jacks or better? Triple Double Bonus?

I don't understand the question. Isn't a full house one of the possible outcomes if you draw to three of a kind?

I think the question should be do you keep a dealt full house or go for 4oak.

Toss the 3 of a kind and go for a royal. You only live once.

You keep the full house in most games. Of course there are exceptions. Like in triple bonus if you are dealt 3 aces and another pair you keep the aces (and a 2,3,or 4 if dealt). In DDB you keep 3 aces and throw away any pair.
