$40. Free Play At The Fort

Post by Casino Knight »

Did you ever have one of those days when.........
almost everything you touched turned to GOLD.
I had a little time to kill yesterday after signing a contract at Fountain Hills.

Since I hadn't visited in a while, that $40. was burning a whole in my pocket and I headed over to Fort McDowell.

First hand on a 8/5 Triple Bonus Plus I was dealt Aces for $1200. Within a half hour I caught Aces again playing 10 coins two more times for $4800. on two adjacent machines. Was catching some smaller quads in between and decided to leave after lunch at the Sushi Bar.

As I was leaving I passed by the bank of 5 Treasures, and finding an extra $100 bill in my pocket I took a seat and a couple of spins in at max bet, caught 4 doors, and the pot. The pot only gave up a $15. Mini, but the Dragons were glorious. $1471. was the hand pay.

To top it off after checking my Pick Lottery Ticket that I had purchased on the way home from the Fort, I caught 4 Numbers. $50.

I guess I'll be heading over to Cabelas and see what's in store for Black Friday in the Gun Department.

Congrats CK. Ironically, we were at the Fort last night playing Bingo. The Fort has the best VP, at least single line DDB and TDB which we used to play before health issues related to smoke caused us to give up VP there.

Fantastic, great for you CK. I LOVE to hear about people winning, even those who eat sushi. Happy hunting at Cabellas. I stopped into my local Cabella's last weekend to buy rain ponchos for our trip to the Notre Dame game and I had just enough time to pick up a new Kershaw pocket knife but there wasn't enough time to even walk through the gun section.

At one time I compared eating Sushi to eating bait, no more. At the Fort, the head Sushi Chef a true Master at his craft, introduced me to it with baby steps. First was the California Roll, nothing raw except the vegetables. Next was Spicy Tuna. That was tasty. After that I was hooked. Just leave me at the Raw Bar. I'm good to go.

I was also like you with Sushi. The only difference is I still don't eat it! Maybe some day.....

Remember Tom Hanks eating the caviar in the movie "Big"? That was me the only time I've ever eaten sushi.

8/5 TB+ wouldn't quite make the "best list" though within the casino. But a good game to be playing if you're running hot with Aces!

TruDat. But there is something about that old bank of machines and that game that keep calling me back to them.
There is even a bank of old IGT's with 9/5 TB+ that don't respond the way these do. Go figure.
