The Fa La La La La.... La la la la Strategy?

I do not know Mr. Fa La La La La.... La la la la.  I never heard his name until I read it on this forum.   I have tried to read through the posts he made on this website and it's very hard to tell what his Strategy actually is. All I know is what has been posted.  Would someone who understands his strategy  wish to give us a summary?  Without the drama please.  Thank you.
