100 play - super aces bonus vs bonus poker deluxe
Question - although on the same machine, are the odds of hitting 4 aces the same for each of these games? Recently while practicing here (2 trips to Neveda next month) I started on super aces bonus. Many, many plays later, as I had hit 4 aces just twice, although being dealt a lot of pairs. I switched to bonus poker deluxe. In a span of an hour, I hit 4 aces a total of 20 times (dealt 3 aces twice, accounting for 11 hits). I switched back to super aces, was not dealt any 3 aces, and over the course of playing, 18 dealt ace pairs resulted in zero 4 of a kind hits (the 19th yeilded 1).
Also, although I didn't do any tracking, it seemed the super aces dealt considerably more 3 of a kinds (5-K) than did bonus poker deluxe.
Is there an odds difference in these games, or was it just the way the cards fell? Thanks.
P.S. - Great site.

P.S. - Great site.I know the feeling you experience for I've felt it myself...or imagined that I felt it!But, in reality, these games are "dealt" from identical decks of 52 cards except for some of the wildcard games (Jokers). You have the same chance of hitting quads of any kind equally on any of the games if you play the same strategy for all the games! That "IF" is a big one. You might hold more Ace pairs in a game that pays bonuses for quad Aces and because of that, might tend to hit more often than on a game that doesn't differentiate between the rank of the cards for bonuses. But as for the games having a bias toward cards dealt, well, if you trust the site (and I do regardless of what you might have seen me post) then you can attribute it to the "fall of the cards". If you don't trust the site, then all bets are off. ANYTHING is possible through programming. That was a motto that my first Programming Manager had posted in his office back in 1971.

I'm thinking that WM went out last night and tied one on, then spent most of the wee hours praying to the porcelain god. So, I think it will take a while this morning for him to get up and running. 9:20 AM MT.

Being in a ditch? I was thinking she might be in a Fa La La La La.... La la la la marathon training session. Picking out patterns from hot and cold machines.

I imagine WM is just getting back from his big week in LV. I'll go with 9:00 AM PST.
