Truly, this guy was the epitome of the intellectual warrior.....anyone who is interested in either military history or International Relations knows H.R. McMaster, his work and his background & CV.    This guy was truly qualified for his Job.....but now he is gone?Anyone want to guess WHY he just up and left?   Here's a clue:President Bonespurs was strongly advised to NOT tweet or communicate in person anything remotely close to congratulations to Vladimir Putin for being elected DICTATOR in Russia for another six years......President chose not to heed this advice....anyone want to guess WHO was one of the more emphatic people telling Trump NOT to do what he did anyway?Read "Dereliction of Duty" by General McMaster, a seminal work on the Vietnam war and how America's Government and Military Leadership  totally failed in every possible respect....great book.  (*note:  America's LEADERSHIP failed, not the soldiers ......)

Didn't Obama congratulate Putin on his win? Didn't Obama tell Medvedev to let Putin know that that he'd have more flexibility after the election?

   Wasn't that before Putin invaded the Ukraine and seized the Crimea? It certainly wasn't the same week that the world accused Putin of using chemical weapons against one of our strongest allies.
