Glad the rest of the trip was nice.

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
Please, get some new material. Some that is actually funny would help.

I may try the same game tomorrow nite but on quarters. The EV is 2 percent less though
Why on earth would you give up 2% when you can just play single line dollars? $5 vs $3.75. Or $4- just a quarter more since it's 800 to 1. Why? Bizarro...

Mainly, because I can last a lot longer on the Clone on quarters. I’m there now. Both machines are 800 for bet one so that’s good. I actually started on dollars tonight. Having a bite now, but caught 5 Aces on a 7 buck bet on Bonus Deuces, so sitting OK for now. I wait for a loss of 20 times my bet amount before advancing up one notch. Also back the bets down. Since bankroll isn’t an issue tonight, I’ll start over at a one buck bet on the dollar machine and see what happens. 98.8 and only have to bet a buck. Not bad. The quarter machine steals part of your straight flush return. 10 for one instead of 13. Sometimes with the quarter game, I can push the Clone a bit by waiting for say 15 times my bet loss instead of 20, but doing that on dollars can get just too expensive and bust if you don’t hit in a few hours.

Well, this is how the night went and as you can see, I have no complaints. The Clone came through just as planned. I didn’t start taking photos until I was up over 500 and it climbed fine. Then POW and I hit the Deuces with only I held.

Congratulations. I’d sure feel more comfortable cloning on 800:1 machines. The Mrs. Lincoln material was not appreciated by someone in the very Land of Lincoln. You just can’t please everyone.

TT, I give up 1.1% just by opting to play at our beloved Cove instead of keeping my sorry arse at Last Resort. LR awards next to no points for VP victims. Not that I play for comps, but it helps rationalize leaving for a nicer environment.

Playing the Clone could get a lot more expensive on dollar play if I didn’t have that one 800/1 machine. I would need. 5k bankroll to weather the storms and even then. 😬. I still need at least 2k even now. I can get by on quarters with 500-800 or so. Even with the Clone if you don’t leave when up a decent amount, it will retrograde in short order and you would need another 8 hours or more to recover. I’m still learning that the hard way.
