Shockwave update problem

Hi,
First...love your site!
 
But.... when I tried to play 5 hand multistrike it told me to update shockwave - so I agreed but apparently it didn't download correctly and now I can't access the games even though I've tried a system restore.
 
Any suggestions?  Many thanks and keep up this great site!

While I can't directly support problems with the Shockwave software, I'll try to help.
 
I would try the following:
 
1) Uninstall the Adobe Shockwave player in control panel > add/remove programs
2) Close all your browser windows
3) Get the latest version of the Shockwave Player at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/ 
4) Also make sure you have the latest version of the Flash player at http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer 
5) Game time?

MultiStrike is great - I played this weekend at a CT casino and broke even - but got tons of comp points....well worth it.  Thanks to this site I've improved my game and learned the strat of this video poker offering.
