Been there done that too many times to count. How many times do you finally give up at the higher level and with only scraps left, desperately drop back down hoping for a miracle only to hit a premium hand seconds after you drop back to quarters from halves or dollars. Of course it doesn't even come close to getting you even at that point. Reminds me of the old planaria experiment where the flatworms get a little shock and curl up right after the light is turned on. Eventually they just curl up when the light comes on without even being shocked. Now, FAA I know you also think out of the box. Anyone remember this experiment from high school? Well for me, the shock is long gone, but when the lights and music in the casino come on when I step inside it reminds me I am nothing more than a 5' 7" 175 lb planaria.

Wonderful thinking, Olds! I'd long forgotten it. My casino analogy would be Stanley Milgram's shock experiments. You'll be sure to get a charge out of them.

Vp gods take some more, -$300. Mixed it up with .25c and .50c 8/5 BP. Getting punished for the earlier Royal for sure. Not much more to add, no pun intended.
Cheers

I'd simply move after $80 loss. I know you can still beat the house, but I prefer moving the hell out.

Vp gods take more last night. Once again played a mix of .25/.50c bonus poker 8/5. This pretty much takes all the recent winnings and puts me back at square one. I have 9% to go until I keep headliner status and will go back to fpdw and hopefully will reach it before June 30th. If not, I can do one session of $1 bonus poker to make sure it's there, but we are close enough that perhaps .25c single line fpdw earning 1 point per $4 in no multipliers (meaning u earn peanuts...not even peanuts) will be enough. We will see but at any rate, getting off bonus poker while th getting is good, accepting the break even situation, and moving on.
Cheers

Back to full pay deuces, .25c single line. I have 9% left to go to headliner status keep...which is about 8,800 points. I believe I can make that happen off of the optimum play machines that give less than peanuts. So back to the positive games and if for some reason we don't make it to headliner by close to June 30th, we will make up the rest In bonus poker.
At any rate, after about 3,300 hands hit the deuces. Had to flop it to get it, but whatever, point is we got it, +$102.50 and on to the next.
Cheers

So the vp gods decided to give back the Royal money they took away on a few bad bonus poker sessions after I hit the Royal with cheese on .25c fpdw. I was getting frustrated after flopping so many trip deuces and missing the 4th deuce and it all went away as once again I save three to a Royal and was able to pop the other two cards for the diamond royal. So +$900 for this one, vp gods show mercy, and we move on.
Do likewise and Cheers!

VP gods continue to show mercy as I hit 4 deuces on .50c nsud. This game is my old nemesis and nice to see it finally show a little love. +$300 but this game owes me so much more :)
Well, onwards and hopefully upwards.

Three straight wins including the RF. Great things can happen when you stay at a denom. Even losses will be minimized. What a concept!
