It is a delusional statement because there's no way he had the information to prove it.I disagree.If you're a big player ($500 and hand and up) you're probably playing in Las Vegas at one or more Strip casinos. You'll see the same players over and over again and get a pretty good sense of how much other big players are playing. One thing is highly probable, though, is that if this guy was a really, really big player there is no way he was a winning player. Casinos are quick to pull the trigger on big players who consistently show a profit. Just the fact that he was still allowed for more than ten years after he claimed to have been the biggest player is pretty strong evidence that overall the casinos considered him a losing player.
