Deuces have been wild this month!

Been a crazy October. I play 9/6 jacks or better 95% of the time with the other 5%  8/5 BP and NSUD 99.73%. I have not played a lower pay table then 99.45% all year. Was on a machine playing jacks when I was down to $10 and down $$500 for the trip.I flipped it over to Deuces knowing its only 98.34% and needing the deuces to get back to even for the day. Played maybe 15 hands and they hit! This was early this month.Well once again Friday I found myself down $400 play jacks and hit all the NSUD I could get on. I was sitting at these 10 coin machines and thought can these lower pay table bail me out again? Looking for the deuces I played a few hands and did not see much action so moved over one machine. The same no action (good starting hands).Move to the next machine and deuces popping up and getting winning hands.Then with one push of the button pay dirt! Dealt Royal! Beating the 1 / 650,000 oddsThis was my 4th dealt royal in the last 3 yearsI now see the pay table is 96.76% Yuck! One would never sit and play this pay table for hours never. But a few minutes should be no harm no foul. Good luck all chasing the Royal!

WTG Wildman You must have sent the deuces fever out my way as well. Within the last 4 days or so I caught a Royal also in hearts, deuces with the Ace on Bonus Deuces, and playing spin poker 2 line last last night was dealt the deuces on a dollar game. I hate to even say it, but I have lost more money on full pay job than any other game. Deuces, Bonus Deuces, or DDS deuces wild are about the only games I play now. Oh I forgot last week dealt deuces on DDS on a dollar game. Don't by any means want to steal your thunder, just would suggest some of the job players give it a try once in awhile. Like you say, in the short run, paytables don't matter that much. The one paytable I refuse to play though is 10/8/4/4. Can't handle that one. Lets keep it going. Before all the newbies empty their savings out to try it, I want to make it clear that even with all of the above hits in the last few days, I am at best even for that time period. That's what happens when you don't quit while you are ahead most of the time. Playing those long extended sessions is the casino's friend that's for sure.

Thanks everyone,the dealt Royal makes up for the 0 for 21 this month on dealt 4 to the Royal, having the best odds 1 in 47 but hit one with the worst odds. Yesterday guy next to me 10 quarter bet on JOB hits his dealt 4 to the Royal. 2k we high five its cool to see Royals makes you hungry for more.

When is 12/10 Deuces Game King 98.34%? I've never seen that payback except on a 50/100 play STP machine (without the STP feature included) because it offers a 5600 credit royal. Every other 12/10 Deuces game I'm aware of is 97.58%.

I first informed VPFree2 of that paytable a few years ago for what it's worth...

Given it's at the end of the first row, I could see the confusion. Your machine is likely the first entry of the 2nd row with the 800 for 1 Royal.

Regardless of the paytables, congrats on the good run! But don't think this means the lower paytables actually pay out better!
